Refund policy

Returns

Decals: There are absolutely no returns accepted as all of these decals are custom made-to-order. 

Accessories: For items such as Jet Tags and Tsurikawas, a 30 day return policy is accepted.  Buyer is responsible for shipping.  Please include the original packing list, or a piece of paper with your order number on it.  Please email support@quantumproshop with your order number and request you would like to return the item.  All returns should be mailed via USPS to

Refunds

Decals: There are NO refunds for any custom made decal unless there was a typo, color/font mistake.  We are not responsible for incorrect installation.
